The Story

From the bedside to the boardroom.

I started my nursing career 17 years ago, eyes wide, heart full, and zero idea how much of myself I'd become along the way. For the last 11+ years I've lived and breathed Labor & Delivery: catching babies, supporting families through some of the biggest moments of their lives, mentoring and precepting brand-new nurses, teaching fetal monitoring to Labor and Delivery staff, and figuring out that the bedside isn't the only place a nurse can change a life.

Over two years as Clinical Adjunct Faculty taught me that I love teaching as much as I love nursing. A nursing student's first clinical day can feel terrifying, hands shaking, heart pounding, second-guessing every step under the weight of a brand-new uniform. I remember that feeling, and I teach with it in mind. The blank stare of a new grad on her first decel, that's my calling. I built GoalsNMynd to deliver the kind of education I wish I'd had: confident, clear, real, and unapologetically built by someone still doing the work.

And then there's wellness. Discovering Make Wellness bioactive peptides as a customer first changed how I thought about my body, my recovery, and my edge as a working RN. I loved the products so much I became an affiliate to share them. So I added that mission to the brand, because everyone, men and women, young and seasoned, nurses and non-nurses alike, deserves more than coffee and a prayer.

By 2030, GoalsNMynd Education and Wellness, LLC^™ will grow into a full teaching institution with a team of educators, coaches, and clinical instructors serving students across the country.

We will train hundreds of nurses each year in fetal monitoring, CPR, neonatal resuscitation, and clinical confidence. We will walk alongside thousands of people as they build stronger, healthier, more informed lives.
